POSTU Bau GmbH provides construction and renovation services, including new construction for private clients and businesses, full-scope renovation of residential and commercial properties, and restoration of historically significant buildings.

The exact scope of work for each project is defined in a written contract agreed between both parties prior to commencement.

Submitting an enquiry via our contact form or by phone does not constitute a contract. It is an invitation to discuss your project.

We will assess your enquiry and respond with a concrete evaluation within 24 hours on business days. Initial consultations are provided at no charge.

All written offers from POSTU Bau GmbH are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

A contract is formed when both parties have signed the written project agreement. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

Payment terms are set out in the individual project contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

POSTU Bau GmbH issues invoices in accordance with Austrian commercial law and VAT regulations.

Project timelines are agreed in writing. POSTU Bau GmbH will notify the client promptly of any circumstances that may affect the agreed schedule.

Force majeure events (including weather, material supply disruptions, or regulatory delays) that are outside our control may affect timelines and do not constitute a breach of contract.

POSTU Bau GmbH provides warranty for construction defects in accordance with Austrian law (ABGB) and applicable ÖNORM standards.

Clients must notify us of any apparent defects in writing within a reasonable period of discovery. Defects arising from improper use or modifications by third parties are excluded.

POSTU Bau GmbH is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses is excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions and all contracts with POSTU Bau GmbH are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vienna, Austria.

POSTU Bau GmbH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of contract formation applies.
